Great and favourable location in the middle of jackson was a plus. The staff was great, took good care of everyone. The room we had included a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a fridge and a work desk.

Had a fantastic stay for 5 nights. The location is unbeatable, with easy access to popular attractions and lots of dining options nearby. Really good staff made navigating a minor medical issue comfortable, ensuring assistance was readily available. The cleanliness and strong water pressure in the generous bathroom were highlights. Daily complimentary drinks and fresh pancakes in the morning added a good touch. The convenient location allowed easy access to transportation, with plenty of dining options nearby this a great value for the price.

It's slow and often overfilled because some guests can't seem to figure out how the buttons work. The connection from the lobby on the second floor to the ground floor parking smells a bit off, likely due to poor ventilation that needs addressing.
